Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid premium shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
